Please be aware

1. After downloading is completed, the archive '034 ADV. 17. Poppie Flowers Foto Overlays Bundle.Cat.zip is transferred to the Downloads folder or to the one you chose.
2. Unzip the archive and place it in an appropriate folder. Don't be deterred when the images in the folder have black backgrounds. There's Screen Blend Mode that allows you to eliminate the black background and display only the objects within Photoshop.
3. Open Photoshop, open an image that you intend to apply and follow the steps in the following steps.

INSTRUCTIONS

There are three methods to apply photo overlays: 1. employing Overlay Actions (include) 2nd using the quickstart PSD Course (include only in the PRO version) 3rd - the standard Drag'n'Drop method.

1ST Method: OVERLAYS Action

This is a more modern method since it lets you easily apply overlays to any directory, including that of other vendors. When setting your action, you are able to assign an F3 hotkey (for instance) so that in just one click, you will be able to call the action

1. Double-click the 'Overlay Actions .atn the file to open it in Photoshop. After installation, you can access the Actions panel in Photoshop by clicking on "Window Actions'. There are two actions available: JPEG and PNG Overlays. The distinction between Overlay Action JPEG and Overlay Action PNG is that JPEG uses screen blend Mode.
2. Search for "Overlays Action Select 'Overlays Action' and then press Play any action you require.
3. The Photoshop dialog box appears and asks you to choose the image. Continue to browse the folder you extracted and then select the photo you like. The image will be immediately uploaded into the Photoshop folder where the image is opened.
4. Reflect, scale, or rotate the overlay, if you wish.
5. Enter the Cmd (Ctrl) and enter, and the operation will generate an overlay layer and two adjustments layers. If needed, use a black brush to the layer mask to obscure the image, if necessary, and within the adjustment layers, modify the Levels or color to make sure the overlay appears right for the photo.
6. Save the image, and then present it to your customers. They will be amazed by the outcome

2nd Way The Quickstart PSD Course

This allows you to work within a Photoshop file in which you can choose the overlay you prefer which makes it visible. This is useful since you can view it on the thumbnails for layers in the image however it is a nuisance that in certain versions that use Photoshop the file might not be able to open correctly. This is an optional feature and is provided as-is.

3RD Way 3. Drag'n'Drop

3.1 Drag the folder to any image you want to place into the Photoshop file. For images that have backgrounds that are black, use screen blend Mode. To alter the blend mode by double-clicking on the layer and the style window of the layer will appear. Switch the blend mode and move on through the steps. If overlays have transparent backgrounds there is no need to perform anything. 3.2 Scale and transform, reduce the opacity, or apply a Layer Mask and paint over your Overlay, if required.
