Hardbop is a typesetting system inspired by jazz, specifically the style it's named in honor of "Hardbop". It's also inspired by prolific works by Reid Miles for the covers of Blue Notes Records in the 50s, Japanese jazz album covers of the 1970s, as well as condensed and grotesque hand-painted signs.
Hardbop includes references to classic fonts, such as Impact, Bebas, Din, Frontage, and TT Trailers which are the latter, in the exaggeration and exaggeration in certain aspects like counter forms and endings.
The Hardbop design is suitable to create titles and large spaces. It is specially made for posters and covers with the intention of not being overlooked. While it's a tiny family, it offers games with a broad selection of characters.
