This course, Taught by illustrator Drewscape, will teach you how to draw quicker, smaller, and more straightforwardly, allowing you to sketch within small pockets of time throughout your day.
We'll begin by understanding that there's a logical and visual way to perceive the world around us. Then, we'll delve into the contour drawing method, breaking it down into digestible lessons and exercises. These exercises will train your mind to see things as shapes rather than complex objects, starting from a basic level suitable for beginners and experienced artists.
Throughout the course, you'll learn how to add simple textures to your sketches, use perspective only when necessary, and apply tonal values using 3 to 4 shades. Additionally, we'll practice urban sketching within comic panels.
